Dr. Lynn Johnson is the founder and CEO of Triumphant Solutions.  She provides human resource management and educational consulting services to small to medium for-profit organizations.  Through her 20 plus years of management and human resource experience in both corporate and academic arenas, she works closely with clients to determine the best means of achieving the highest levels of performance for their organization, and developing competent, committed employees, with the goal of creating “best places to work.”  She support’s her client’s vision with solutions that create results.  Her expertise includes diversity, equity, and inclusion, leadership, instructional design and training, strategic planning, workplace compliance, as well as general Human Resource functions and business coaching.   

As a faculty member in Warner University’s Business Administration Department, Lynn has been instrumental in bringing the Human Resource Management Concentration in both the Undergraduate and Graduate programs.  She teaches an array of human resources and business management courses.  Lynn has a Ph.D. in Organization and Management, a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, and she is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) holding a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Certification.  She is a member of SHRM, the Greater Orlando Society for Human Resource Management (GOSHRM).  She services on GOSHRM's DEI Committee.



Wynter Hughes is an experienced HR Generalist with a passion for creating positive workplace cultures. With over a decade of experience in the field, Wynter has honed her skills in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. She believes that strong communication and empathy are essential in building strong teams and is committed to fostering an environment where employees feel valued and supported.  She graduated from Warner University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management.

Justyce Johnson is an experienced compensation and benefits specialist with a deep understanding of the importance of employee rewards and recognition. With a background in human resources, Justyce has worked extensively in developing and implementing effective compensation and benefits strategies for organizations. She is passionate about ensuring that employees feel valued and appreciated and believes that a well-designed rewards program can have a significant impact on employee satisfaction and engagement. She graduated from Warner University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management.
