MEET THE FOUNDER

Dr. Lynn Johnson is the founder of Triumphant Solutions.  She provides human resource management and educational consulting services to small to medium for-profit organizations.  Through her 20 plus years of management and human resource experience in both corporate and academic arenas, she works closely with clients to determine the best means of achieving the highest levels of performance for their organization, and developing competent, committed employees, with the goal of creating “best places to work.”  She support’s her client’s vision with solutions that create results.  Her expertise includes business operations, instructional design and training, strategic planning, workplace compliance, as well as general Human Resource functions and business coaching.   

As a full-time faculty member in Warner University’s Business Administration Department, Lynn has been instrumental in bringing the Human Resource Management Concentration in both the Undergraduate and Graduate programs.  She teaches an array of business management courses.  Lynn has a Ph.D. in Organization and Management, a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, and she is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).  She is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2012.  She is also an active member of the Mid-Florida SHRM Branch.
