MEET THE CEO & FOUNDER
Dr. Lynn Johnson is the visionary founder and owner of Triumphant HR Solutions, a consulting firm dedicated to helping small and medium-sized organizations achieve excellence in human resources and organizational management. With a Ph.D. in Organizational Management and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Dr. Johnson leverages her expertise to create tailored strategies that drive performance, engagement, and workplace culture.
Through Triumphant HR Solutions, Dr. Johnson collaborates closely with clients to identify innovative solutions that foster inclusive, high-performing environments. Her mission is to transform organizations into the "best places to work" by equipping leaders with the tools to attract, retain, and develop talented employees while cultivating a culture of care and respect.

Dr. Johnson is also the author of Who Cares?: A Leader’s Guide to Enhancing Employee Engagement, where she introduces her CARES Leadership Model. This transformative framework—focused on Connection, Acknowledgement, Respect, Empowerment, and Support—empowers leaders to create meaningful relationships, foster engagement, and achieve sustainable success.
With more than two decades of leadership experience spanning corporate and academic settings, Dr. Johnson combines her real-world insights with a passion for education. As an adjunct faculty member, she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Human Resource Management, shaping the next generation of leaders by integrating practical application with academic rigor.
Dr. Johnson’s leadership extends beyond her business, as she serves as President of the Greater Orlando Society for Human Resource Management (GOSHRM), championing the HR profession.
